Course Summary:

For many churches, volunteers are the heart of their service ministry. In addition to conveying the value and importance of this ministry, the volunteer manager provides leadership to inspire, train, and retain volunteers. This 30-minute course will guide you through many of the qualities, roles, and responsibilities essential to successful volunteer leadership and management.
